Bill has over 30 years of experience installing, servicing and repairing all types of Heating and Air Conditioning systems in industrial, commercial and residential buildings. He specializes in assisting his customers in selecting the most appropriate and efficient equipment to meet their needs, however large or small; and being available on a 24 hour basis for service calls. Bill has built a strong customer base (residential and commercial) through honest service and nearly three decades of experience.
Over the years, Bill has worn many hats in the HVAC arena. Along with working on thousands of A/C units, boilers, and furnaces, he has designed and engineered customized systems, including solar, geothermal (ground water heat pumps), and 100% outdoor air heating/cooling and ventilating units. He has been responsible for the service and maintenance of air handling equipment ranging from 1.5 to 50 tons cooling capacity, numerous centrifugal chilling units and two stage steam absorbers. He has been responsible for review of HVAC equipment on blueprints and engineering specifications for large manufacturing jobs.
In 2007, Bill was awarded a Certificate under a Company's Energy Program for helping the company save $250,000 quarterly in electrical loads by upgrading and reconfiguring the building automation systems.
